At Willow Beach, you will enjoy our great balcony, overlooking a large lawn area, outdoor grilling stations, an accommodating waterfront pool, boardwalk, and boat slips with access to the lake. This condo is quiet, has a home-y feel, is fully stocked with kitchen and linen needs, and is in a quiet part of the lake just out from the main canal. Come enjoy a peaceful stay at Willow Beach on gorgeous Lake Hamilton!

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, or Gregg Orr Marina offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Come enjoy a getaway with ease of access to desirable Hot Springs, and a property that is setup for a perfect stay!

Our guests have the entire condo/balcony to themselves. The pool, boardwalk, Lake Hamilton access, docks, and parking is communal and free for all guests staying at the property. This is a very quiet property, so you shall have no problems using any of the amenities. There are jet ski docks outside for free guest use. There is a boat ramp right next door at Willow Beach Motel with a drop box for the launch fee, or other free ramps located within miles from the property. For a boat slip, please message us. They are $25 a day

We have a wealth of knowledge of the property itself, alongside general advice, tips, and recommendations of Hot Springs that we are glad to share with guests! Guests are our priority; responding very quickly to questions and problems, never leaving you hanging. We have multiple properties that can take care of larger groups as well. This condo is in a serene neighborhood, with a prime location nestled behind Hot Springs mall, and in a very quiet location on Lake Hamilton. This neighborhood is very desirable, with ease of access to all the restaurants and attractions that Hot Springs has to offer! The Willow Beach neighborhood has plenty of parking, giant lawn space for cookouts and play, beautiful view of Lake Hamilton for your sunrise coffee or sunset dinner, and backdoor access to get on amazing Lake Hamilton!

Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs! Parking is right in front of the unit's building.

Please note:

• The key to access the pool area is on the fridge. Please return key to fridge to avoid extra charge.

• The pool is seasonal and open during summer months only.

• Boat slips are available upon request.

• You will need to make arrangements to launch the boat. There is a launch ramp on this property by the Willow Beach Motel. It operates on an honor box system.

• You can store/park boat trailer in the back of the Willow Beach Condo parking lot at your own risk. You should see other trailers here, located down by the "E" building
