Guests take 1/2 flight of stairs to enter in the unit. There is a balcony with a table, seating, and a charcoal grill for guests to use as well.

Being right off of the desirable Central Avenue area of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and fun.

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Our guests have the entire condo/balcony to themselves. The pool, boardwalk, Lake Hamilton access, docks, and parking is communal and free for all guests staying at the property. This is a very quiet property, so you shall have no problems using any of the amenities. There are jet ski docks outside for free guest use. There is a boat ramp right next door at Willow Beach Motel with a drop box for the launch fee, or other free ramps located within miles from the property. For a boat slip, please message us. This condo is in a serene neighborhood with a prime location nestled behind Hot Springs mall and in a very quiet location on Lake Hamilton. Willow Beach is very desirable, having ease of access to all the restaurants and attractions that Hot Springs has to offer! The Willow Beach neighborhood has plenty of parking, giant lawn space for cookouts and play, beautiful view of Lake Hamilton for your sunrise coffee or sunset dinner, a very nice waterfront pool, long boardwalk for perfect lake views, jet ski slips, boat slips, and backdoor access to get on amazing Lake Hamilton!

Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs! Parking is right in front of the unit's building.

• The key to access the pool area is on the fridge. Please return key to fridge to avoid extra charge.

• The pool is seasonal and open during summer months only.

• Boat slips are available upon request for $25/day

• You will need to make arrangements to launch the boat. There is a launch ramp on this property by the Willow Beach Motel. It operates on an honor box system.

• You can store/park boat trailer in the back of the Willow Beach Condo parking lot at your own risk. You should see other trailers here, located down by the "E" building
