The Landing 8A

Welcome into our condo with the BEST view on Lake Hamilton. Centrally located with ease of access to town, there is no better place. Our condo is in a gated complex with amenities such as a swimming pool, brand new pickleball courts, and communal grills, all free for use. We have boat slips for rent. Those are $25/ day and very limited. Our condo is clean and spacious with king and queen beds and a pullout sofa. Enjoy the amazing view of the main canal from our furnished patio, with a front row seat to the holiday lake fireworks. Come and enjoy a great stay!

Enjoy a beautiful condo with a perfect location. The patio is perfect for an early morning coffee or a sunset dinner. There is no better lake view than off of the back patio of The Landing 8A. Located in a quiet, gated neighborhood, this one is a perfect accommodation for families. A fully functional kitchen, desirably furnished bedrooms, and a cozy living room make this condo perfect for an easy, accessible getaway.

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, or Gregg Orr Marina offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Guests have access to the entire condo. They also will have access to the swimming pool and tennis/pickleball courts located a walking distance up the hill in the neighborhood. The unit is located about 12 steps up from the parking lot. It is on the second floor, the top floor of the building. There is no grill at this condo but communal grills near the pool to be used.

We are ready to assist guests' every need - from booking, all the way through their stay with us! As a property management company, we provide guests with a full service experience. We have a wealth of knowledge of the property itself, alongside general advice, tips, and recommendations of Hot Springs that we are glad to share with guests! Guests are our priority; responding very quickly to questions and problems, never leaving you hanging. We have multiple properties that can take care of larger groups as well. The Landing is a safe, gated complex. Located in a desirable location in Hot Springs, this condo is not only located minutes away from all that Hot Springs has to offer, but it could not be more centrally located on the water, close to all of the restaurants and marinas on the water. There are several buildings within the neighborhood, and unit 8A is secluded in a corner of the neighborhood, closest to the water. The neighborhood offers a tennis court and pool for all guests to use.

Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs!

This condo does not have a grill but instead communal grills in the neighborhood. Also, there is no boat launch at The Landing, although there are other great boat launches nearby. Guests are able to park their boat trailers at our office, which is less than 0.2 miles away; just right around the corner - The Landing Neighborhood does not have boat trailer parking.
