Our unit is clean and cozy, stocked with all of the things you will need for an easy getaway, and has a fantastic view of Lake Hamilton. Being right off of the desirable '7 South' area of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and fun.

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, Kahuna Bay, or Gregg Orr Marine offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Stoneridge is a gated complex on the HWY 7 South side of Lake Hamilton. There is a reserved parking space and share ample guest parking spaces throughout the parking lot. This unit has 2 balconied patios which provide ideal spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Hamilton. Guest that stay here can utilize the seasonal pool, hot tub and tennis courts.

Please note:

• The pool and hot tub are communal and closed during the off season

• We do not control issues and closures due to maintenance of the pool and hot tubs.

-The POA does not allow boat trailer parking for guests or owners at Stoneridge. We allow guests to park their trailer at our office at, 105 Grand Isle Drive, during the duration of their stay. Our office is less than .3 mile from Stoneridge.

-There is NOT a boat ramp at Stoneridge- please make prior boat launch arrangements before arrival to eliminate any confusion. There are many nearby boat ramps, including: Hill Wheatley Public Launch, Willow Beach Boat Launch, and The Fish Hatchery.
