A Southshore Paradise! This Waterfront 3 bedroom condo is level entry! Our unit is right on the water- right at the base of the condo is beautiful Lake Hamilton along with a boat slip that is available upon request. Our condo has plenty of space for families, with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs, a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, large living rooms, and a downstairs with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Come enjoy prime Lake Hamilton access at our condo that has space for all!

Walk in to our unit and the lake view will immediately catch your eye. This unit houses a fully stocked kitchen with supplies and appliances, making for an easy getaway, a nice dining area, and plentiful comfy seating in the living room. There is a downstairs in this unit that holds the Master Bedroom with a king and a guest room with two queens (both rooms have separate bathrooms). Also downstairs is in-house laundry room. There is an upstairs bedroom off of the living room that has a king bed. Our mattresses are ultra plush with a high tread count sheet set to ensure comfort for all.

Our unit comes with various amenities that our guests love. Each room has a SMART TV access. We have wireless internet, a grill, two pools and a hot tub (located in the complex - one pool is waterfront), and a boat slip available for rent upon request for $25/day. THIS is the place for your perfect lake getaway! Our condo has a beach house feel.

Our unit is very clean and cozy, stocked with all of the things you will need for an easy getaway, and has a fantastic view of Lake Hamilton. Being right off of the desirable '7 South' area of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and fun.

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, Kahuna Bay, or Gregg Orr Marine offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Guests have sole access to their unit. Southshore has a lake-side pool and hot tub that are available for you to use, along with an additional pool located by the "K" building. There are also tennis courts in the neighborhood that are open for guest use.

We are ready to assist guests' every need - from booking, all the way through their stay with us! As a property management company, we provide guests with a full service experience. We have a wealth of knowledge of the property itself, alongside general advice, tips, and recommendations of Hot Springs that we are glad to share with guests! Guests are our priority; responding very quickly to questions and problems, never leaving you hanging. We have multiple properties that can take care of larger groups as well. Our staff and myself are looking forward to helping you enjoy your trip to Hot Springs.

Southshore is a very desirable neighborhood with prime real estate on the water. The Southshore neighborhood is a very safe gated complex. Guests are provided with entertainment at their fingertips while staying at Southshore, including access to a waterside pool and hot tub, and access to tennis courts. Each unit at Southshore has an immaculate view of beautiful Lake Hamilton and of the Ouachita Mountains. Guests have prime access to Lake Hamilton, as Southshore is located on a main area of Lake Hamilton. Southshore is beautiful, serene and very close to downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, Hot Springs National Park, all restaurants, shopping, and all that Hot Springs has to offer!

Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs! Parking is right in front of the unit.

• We do not control issues and closures due to maintenance of the pool and hot tubs.

• The Southshore Neighborhood also includes the Southshore Lake Resort Timeshare- the amenities you may see such as mini-golf, sauna, basketball courts and playground are for Timeshare guests only.

• The POA does not allow boat trailer parking for guests or owners at Southshore. Guests are able to park their trailer at our office at, 105 Grand Isle Drive, during the tenure of their stay. Our office is less than a mile away from Southshore.

• There is NOT a boat ramp at Southshore, so please make prior boat launch arrangements before arrival to eliminate any confusion. Nearby locations that have a boat ramp include: Salty Dog Marina, Gregg Orr Marina, Willow Beach Boat Launch, and The Fish Hatchery.
