Welcome to Paradise on the Lake! Our lake condo is located on the main canal of Lake Hamilton, walking distance away from three local marinas and minutes away from all the Hot Springs has to offer! With amazing views, a new remodel, and new furnishings, our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is ready for your family vacation. Our condo is private, serene, welcoming, and clean. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on our stargazer porch, a family movie night inside, or rent a boat from the marina out the back door!

There truly is no better location to stay on the lake. Our condo has prime lake location and lake views. The fireworks shot on holidays are directly across from our condo, offering a front row seat. You are guaranteed to catch the best sunset view right from our back porch. The lake is only a few step down from the condo, with marinas that offer boat rentals just steps away. We are on the main canal of Lake Hamilton.

Our kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. All new stainless steel appliances, dishes and cutlery, a drip coffee pot, island with a bar top, and spacious layout for cooking, you will have no problems preparing food. Our condo is an open-concept, so the kitchen ties into the living room.

Our living room is perfect for entertainment or movie night. We have a large, comfy couch, alongside two full sized recliners and a wet bar. Enjoy a movie on our large, flatscreen SMARTtv.

The bedrooms are spaced from each other to offer privacy when needed. Our bunk room is perfect for kids or other guests. Our condo has all new furnishings, it truly feels like home!

Our unit is very clean and cozy, stocked with all of the things you will need for an easy getaway, and has a fantastic view of Lake Hamilton. Being right off of the desirable 7 South area of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and fun.

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, Kahuna Bay, or Gregg Orr Marine offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Guests have access to the entire unit. There is designated parking just for our condo with extra parking spaces nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your needs, especially having families in mind. The master bedroom has a king bed with a master en-suite. The first guest room has a queen bed. The second guest room has a bunk bed with a full size bed over a queen size bed. The max occupancy of our condo is 6 people.

We are ready to assist guests' every need - from booking, all the way through their stay with us! As a property management company, we provide guests with a full service experience. We have a wealth of knowledge of the property itself, alongside general advice, tips, and recommendations of Hot Springs that we are glad to share with guests! Guests are our priority; responding very quickly to questions and problems, never leaving you hanging. We have multiple properties that can take care of larger groups as well. Our condo is in a safe complex. Located in a desirable location in Hot Springs, this condo is not only located minutes away from all that Hot Springs has to offer, but it could not be more centrally located on the water, close to all of the restaurants and marinas on the water.

Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs! Guests have one labeled unit by the condo entrance, and excess parking is only a few steps a way on the concrete pad.
