STAY & RELAX @ our 2BR/2B lakefront condo at Water's Edge on Lake Hamilton. Completely remodeled with a relaxing balcony to enjoy 180° breathtaking sunrises, new + comfy furnishings, and great amenities. This gated complex includes 1 covered parking space and a beautiful pool. Perfect for families or a couples getaway, the bedrooms offer privacy at each end of the condo, and the kitchen is fully stocked for all of your getaway needs. Our condo is paradise in close proximity to all of Hot Springs
Our unit is very clean and cozy, stocked with all of the things you will need for an easy getaway, and has a fantastic view of Lake Hamilton. Being right off of the desirable 7 South area of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and fun.
Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, Kahuna Bay, or Gregg Orr Marine offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!
Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!
We have high speed wifi so guest can use streaming can use their own streaming service of choice. We do not have cable TV
This unit is located in Water's Edge Condominium Complex. It is on Highway 7 South of Hot Springs right on Lake Hamilton. The complex is gated and the key pad is on the left side of the gate. Guest will need to get out of their vehicle to access and punch in the code for entry only. Guest have access to the shared/seasonal pool as well. This unit in particular is very spacious and open. The unit itself is on the top floor of a two story "D" building and has 1 flight of stairs (15 total) up to the door. We have 1 covered carport parking space which is great for late night arrivals and rainy days. The additional guest parking spaces are in the open at the back of the parking lots.
We are ready to assist guests' every need - from booking, all the way through their stay with us! As a property management company, we provide guests with a full service experience. We have a wealth of knowledge of the property itself, alongside general advice, tips, and recommendations of Hot Springs that we are glad to share with guests! Guests are our priority; responding very quickly to questions and problems, never leaving you hanging. We have multiple properties that can take care of larger groups as well. The Water's Edge neighborhood is a safe, gated neighborhood just minutes away from all that Hot Springs has to offer. Entertainment and attractions such as Bathhouse Row, Downtown Hot Springs, Garvan Woodland Gardens are all just minutes away! Water's Edge is located in an ideal quiet cove on Lake Hamilton, just off of the main canal. The neighborhood not only offers prime lake access, but also houses a nice swimming pool for guests' use. No where else can such a serene, safe, centrally located, and fun neighborhood be found with accommodations for all!
Guest have 1 labeled/covered parking space. Any additional parking would be in the back of the lot. Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs!
The condo POA does not allow boat trailer parking on the premises. Our guests are able to park their boat trailer at our office, 105 Grand Isle Drive, which is less than .5 mile from the unit.
At the property, there is no actual boat slip to park a boat, but guests may tie their boat up to the boardwalk right outside of the condo a few hours at at time.
There is also no boat ramp at the property, but there are many nearby, including locations such as Gregg Orr Marina, Salty Dog Marina, the Fish Hatchery, and at Willow Beach Condos.
