Our condo feels like a cabin, which makes it cozy and like no other! It has a new king-sized bed, kitchenette, walk-in shower, and a great balcony to sip coffee on overlooking a beautiful lawn and Lake Hamilton. Enjoy the lake right in your backyard, a large lawn to play on, and a swim deck for lake fun without a boat. Steps from the water and minutes from town!

Our unit is very clean and cozy, stocked with all of the things you will need for an easy getaway, and has a fantastic view of Lake Hamilton. Being right off of the desirable 7 South area of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and fun.

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, Kahuna Bay, or Gregg Orr Marine offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Guests have sole access to their unit and boat dock slip (if requested one). We have a limited number of boat slips available to guests. They are $25/day

Guests have a balcony right out the back door of the condo. The balconies are semi private, guests having their own space and privacy, but are connected to the water via a shared porch/walkway.

There is a gazebo with picnic tables and a grill that is communal among the guests as well.

We have this entire resort, all of the units, available for rent. If you need many units with boat slips, this resort is perfect. Please message us for more availability or view our profile.

Long Island Lake Resort has a swim dock right on the water for all of your lake fun without a boat. We are located on a quiet part of Lake Hamilton.

We are ready to assist guests' every need - from booking, all the way through their stay with us! As a property management company, we provide guests with a full service experience. We have a wealth of knowledge of the property itself, alongside general advice, tips, and recommendations of Hot Springs that we are glad to share with guests! Guests are our priority; responding very quickly to questions and problems, never leaving you hanging. We have multiple properties that can take care of larger groups as well. Long Island is a beautiful, serene neighborhood- very close to downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, Hot Springs National Park, and everything that Hot Springs has to offer. This neighborhood is on one the most ideal properties on Lake Hamilton, offering access to the Main Canal of the lake, with quick lake access to restaurants located on the water. The Long Island neighborhood offers spectacular views of Lake Hamilton. Long Island Resort is located on a quiet street right off of Central Avenue, with restaurants, shops, and entertainment just a short drive away.

Please note:

• Guests are able to park their boat trailer at our office at, 105 Grand Isle Drive, during the tenure of their stay. Our office is less than a mile away from Long Island Lake Resort.

• There is NOT a boat ramp at Long Island Lake Resort, so please make prior boat launch arrangements before arrival to eliminate any confusion. Nearby locations that have a boat ramp include: Salty Dog Marina, Gregg Orr Marina, Willow Beach Boat Launch, and The Fish Hatchery.
