Welcome into the perfect lake condo! This is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo right on the main channel of Lake Hamilton off Airport Rd. This condo has just received new updates and has such an amazing view that makes this place feel dreamy! The top patio of this cottage like condo is shared with the 'B' unit. There is a separate patio area down stairs right on the water. With new features, amazing view, lake access, boat slip, and a desirable location, come enjoy an easy getaway at Kleinshores 10A!

Our unit has a boat slip and boardwalk that you can tie up to on the bottom balcony- right below the condo. This property is setup like a duplex. We manage both units in this building. Both units have separate entrances on separate sides of the building. The only thing shared is the patio area, in which if guests are staying at the property at the same time, they hardly ever run into or meet each other. There are two balconies, one up top with a table and chairs, and one downstairs on the water with. grills, tables, seating, swim/lake access, and a boat slip for you to park a boat in. There is a public boat launch within 5 minutes of our property. There is a pool for your free use in the neighborhood as well.

We have smart tvs for tv streaming. We do not have cable, but guests can log in to their own streaming service.

Our unit is very clean and cozy, stocked with all of the things you will need for an easy getaway, and has a fantastic view of Lake Hamilton. Being right off of the desirable Airport Road area of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and fun.

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, Kahuna Bay, or Gregg Orr Marine offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

To access this unit, you will need to walk down 1 flight of stairs. There are 2 patio areas at the unit. The top one is shared with the 'B' unit and has a table with 4 chairs. The second patio area is down 1 flight of stairs from the entry, right on the water. You can fish and swim here, there are also charcoal grills for your use. Guests can also use the guest parking, gated swimming pool at the entrance of the neighborhood, and park their trailer up at the top of the neighborhood.

Kleinshores is a very unique, quiet, and welcoming neighborhood. It is right on Lake Hamilton and is nestled off of Airport Road- it is a very quiet place to stay. You are just minutes away from a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Historic Downtown Hot Springs, great restaurants, shopping, marinas on the water, and have a perfect lake location. The neighborhood has guest parking, trailer parking, and a pool for guest use.

Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs! Parking is right above the unit, each unit has one designated spot and each additional car has to use the guest parking.

We own the unit to the left, Kleinshores 10B as well. The patio is shared with our other unit. There may or may not be guests staying there at the time of your stay, and if there are, both units are separate, have privacy over windows, and guests using the deck at the same time is very rare. Both units are separate, and the patio is large and boasts a great view or Lake Hamilton!
