This unit is a townhome with private covered parking and is its own separate building. It is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood with around 5 of the same townhomes. Inside, the bedrooms are up 1 flight of stairs. Rarely will a unit be found in such a quiet cove, right around the corner from the main canal of Lake Hamilton. With a fully-stocked, fully-accessible kitchen, bedrooms that feel like home, a great living space, and entertainment steps away in the backyard, this unit is nothing short of perfect. Our beds are extra plush with high thread count sheets for ultimate comfort. We have 4K large-screen SMART TV's in each room that have any streaming platform for your login.

Our unit is very clean and cozy, stocked with all of the things you will need for an easy getaway, and has a fantastic view of Lake Hamilton. Being right off of the desirable Central Avenue area of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and fun.

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse. The townhouse has its own carport for parking.
