Welcome to our Custom Waterfront LAKE HOUSE! A fresh remodel, this house is fulled with craftsmanship. Perfect for families- our bunk room alone will sleep 8 people comfortably! With a large stocked kitchen, spacious dining, large great room, and gorgeous deck with lake views and seating, this house has it all. Enjoy the lake, sun, & swimming on our large boat dock in the backyard. Located right off of the main canal, there is prime access to Lake Hamilton! Start your Hot Springs stay with us!

Our house is very spacious with an interior aesthetic of a house tucked in the Colorado mountains and an outdoor landscape of the lake right in the backyard!

Master Bedroom- King bed, separate exit to the backyard, closet, shared bathroom with bunk room that has a toilet, shower, two sinks, and storage.

Second Bedroom- King bed, attached bathroom, closet, deck access.

Third bedroom- 2 queen beds, deck access

Bunk room- 2 sets of 3-high bunk beds, 2 more twins (8 twins total)

All of our mattresses are extra plush, very comfy, and the bedding has a high thread count for your ultimate comfort.

Each room has a SMART TV, Amazon Echo Show screen / alarm, and an exit door / access to the deck or outside. You can watch regular channels or log into the streaming service of your choice for entertainment.

This house has a great lake view, deck, yard , and dock area!! Come relax at this peaceful house in one of the quietest and coziest neighborhoods on the water!

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this house, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, or Gregg Orr Marina offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Come enjoy a getaway with ease of access to desirable Hot Springs, and a property that is setup for a perfect stay!

Guests have sole access to the house, driveway, dock area. Use our dock to park your boat for your stay. Swim off of the dock right in the quiet cove- this is the perfect place for lake swimming and lake access. You can park the boat trailer in the driveway or in the upper driveway parking. There is room for two cars to park in the carport, the rest can park just above that in the driveway parking or outside of the carport.

We are ready to assist guests' every need - from booking, all the way through their stay with us! As a property management company, we provide guests with a full service experience. We have a wealth of knowledge of the property itself, alongside general advice, tips, and recommendations of Hot Springs that we are glad to share with guests! Guests are our priority; responding very quickly to questions and problems, never leaving you hanging. We have multiple properties that can take care of larger groups as well. The Summertime Bay neighborhood is a very quiet and serene neighborhood located about 1 mile off of Central Avenue. Very rarely are there such beautiful (and big, at that) houses in such a calm, beautiful, secluded neighborhood. This neighborhood rests right on a point on the lake, and right out of the cove is the beautiful main canal of Lake Hamilton- with Marinas, boat gas stations, and restaurants all within a short distance! The house offers a nice yard area, along with a beautiful porch that overlooks Lake Hamilton. With accommodations, entertainment, and comfort for all, this house is unbeatable! Unlike many other lake neighborhoods, the houses in this neighborhood are not on top of each other, making for a peaceful, secluded stay. The house is on a street that is very calm, safe, and hardly any cars what-so-ever. This house is within only a short driving distance to all that Hot Springs has to offer!

Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs!

There is only room for 2-3 cars near the garage as it is a tight turn-around space. Once you arrive, there is extra parking on the upper right side of the driveway.

There is a pontoon boat stored in one stall of the dock. Please do not access or mess with this boat as it is not for guest use. There is still another slip for your use, and you can use anything else on the dock.
